CABIN POLICIES
You can call us at 812-824-3322 to make a reservation during the winter hours, Mon - Sun 10am - 5pm. Or make a reservation 24/7 online using our Webervations.
- Check-in time is 4 pm. Check-out time is 12 pm.
- Cabin rates are based on 2 people. Additional adult quests are $5
per night,additional children (12 and under) are $3 per night, with a maximum of 6 people in each cabin. No exceptions.
- Two night minimum stay required in cabins on Friday and Saturdays only. Holiday weekends
require 3 night minimum stay (prepaid).
- Rates do not include tax. All prices subject to change without
notice.
- No refunds for cabin reservations after check-in.
- No dogs are allowed in the cabins, at any time.

CAMPING POLICIES

- When making a campsite reservation you may request a specific site, but we assign site numbers, and we reserve the right to reassign sites at all times.
- Check-in time is 3-9 pm. (All check-ins after 9 pm must be
approved ahead of time.) Check-out time is 12 pm Mon.-Sat. and
1 pm on Sunday.
- Campsite rates are based on 2 adults . Additional adult guests are $5 per night and additional children are $3.00 per night, with a maximum of 6 people at each campsite. No
exceptions.
- Only one (1) tent or trailer allowed per site.
- Holiday weekends require 3 night minimum stay (prepaid).
- Rates do not include tax. All prices subject to change without
notice.
- No refunds for campsite reservations after check-in
- One vehicle per site, additional vehicles are $5 each per night.
- From November 1 thru March 30 water is only available on sites
36-56.

OTHER FEES
- We charge $3.00 per person (over the age of 3) for visitors for any part of the day, $5 overnight. Fee is refundable in 1/2 hour. We reserve the right to limit the number of guests.
- There will be a $50.00 fee charged to those customers with dogs that fail to clean up after their pet.
- Visitor hours are 8 am - 9 pm daily
- There is a limit of 6 people per site at any time
- All visitors must register at the clubhouse
- Daily Pool Pass $2.50 per person (members are FREE)
- Mini-Golf $2.00 per game (members are FREE)
RV WINTER STORAGE
RV storage from November 1 thru April 15 runs $50 per month,
and is available to members at a reduced rate. No electricity is provided.

RESERVATION POLICY
- Campsite and Cabin Reservations: All reservations
are paid in full at time of booking. In able to hold the reservation, the first night deposit is never refundable. If you cancel more than 7 nights prior to your arrival date, you can receive a refund for everything except your first night non-refundable fee.
- Holiday Weekends: All reservations for
cabins and campsites are to be pre-paid in full at the time
of booking, and all fees are non-refundable for Holidays .
- Reservations by Phone: Reservations can
be made by phone Monday-Sunday 9 am - 8 pm. Call us for reservations.
- Reservations Online: You can check
availability online and make reservation requests. However,
online reservations are requests only until confirmed by e-mail.
PET POLICY
- In general, pets are welcome as long as they are leashed and
supervised.
- No dogs allowed in our cabin rentals at any time, unless prior arrangements are made, and a fee is charged for the pet.
- Due to insurance restrictions, the following dog breeds
have been excluded from our resort unless you carry
a $300,000 liability policy on your home owners insurance: wolf,
wolf hybrids, huskies, dalmations, airedales, great danes, staffordshire
terriers, alaskan malamutes, siberian huskies, chow, doberman
pinchers, pit bull terriers, rottweiler, akita, mastiff, german
shepherd and presa canario. Therefore, if you do not have the
liability policy, we will have to ask you to remove the animal
from the resort.
- Excessive barking of dogs may result in a request to remove
the dog(s) from the facility.
