LAKE
MONROE BOATING
 At
10,750 acres, nearby Lake Monroe is Indiana's largest lake. With
a total of 9 boat ramps, access is easy. We are closest to Fairfax
SRA and Salt Creek SRA, both at the southwest corner of the lake.
The area of the lake east of the SR 446 causeway is set aside
as an idle zone, so it is perfect for canoeing, kayaking and fishing.
The largest area of the lake, west of the SR 446 causeway is ideal
for powerboaters.
 At Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park, we
are able to help you with boat rentals at Lake Monroe, which is
just a couple of minutes away.
We are also next to an 18-hole championship golf course, and Bloomington offers unique shopping, restaurants, wineries and one of the most picturesque college campuses in the country.
